Being a business owner means we wear many different hats. CEO, CFO, Human Resources, Office Manager, Product Development, Customer Relations and the list goes on. Is there a right way to run a business? Many will give you a step by step solution. There is no cookie cutter approach. There are many factors that control or affect your small business. The economy, weather, staffing, and budget are just a few factors that step in your way of being able to run a successful business. The main thing I tell my clients is not to give up. Your business will have life cycles and there are obstacles that are out of your control. Stick with it until you feel there is no other option.
